Are vacuum cleaners that use “micro-filters” nearly as good as HEPA filters?

I’m shopping for a new bagless vacuum. I’m not worried about allergies, but I don’t want dust flying back out of my vacuum. While one that uses a micro-filtratation may be cheaper than one with a HEPA filter, will it meet my need?

Bag less are terrible regardless of the hype. Check out a vacuum cleaner called a Sanitaire….they might have a web site
A cleaner is different that a sweeper. A true cleaner actually lifts the carpet so air can move through it and clean deeper and better. Vacuum sweepers pickup far less. You will be much happier with a bag type.
I have a Dyson and it is awful. Rethink the bag less idea. you will be sorry if yo buy one
