Best small or car vacuum?

I’ve tried dirt devil and black and decker. I know those are the not so good brand. Any suggestion?

Sears has a pretty good small vacuum, model no. 113.177135 sold in their hardware department. It’s a wet/dry vac and seems to work very well,
