I’m thinking of getting this vacuum as a gift for someone. Does anyone know how often the HEPA filters have to be replaced?

why doesnt it suck at all? is it defective or other problems?

This is a corded hand vacuum. The name on it is "The Collector".

I got one brand new Black & Decker cordless vacuum. (Model# is V4820)

I don’t know how many charging time is before I ready use it in the first time because it comes without user manual.feedback.
