The vacuum cleaner is great, according to a cleaning professional who used it. However it came without the extra filter and five extra bags that were supposed to be included with the vacuum in the deluxe kit. Instead it came with two different types of bags that also fit this vacuum. I used Amazon’s feedback to the vendor, and they promptly corrected this by sending me the missing items.
