This vacuum has cost me almost as much in drive belts as I paid for it.

We returned this vaccum. The hose is too long and will not stay in it’s place. It flops all over while you’re vaccuming. (Had to wind it around the front of the machine to keep it from coming undone.) The attachments fall out of their places as well, so you are always fiddling with them and the hose. The cord gets tangled up with the hose and attachments, so that’s another thing you have to stop and fixEureka 4870MZ Boss Smart-Vac Upright HEPA Vacuum Cleaner. It seemed to pick up well, but all the adjusting and fiddling negated that. NOT a user friendly item.

I don’t know how they rated this product so high. I never bought any vacuum like this before. Every single accessory is not able to stay on the behind. They dropped everywhere once unsing it including the hose. It was ended up in the trashtruck 1 month after I bought it. Thanks God I did it!

Read all the 1 and 2 star reviews, because they are completely accurate. This vacuum is heavy, and annoying to use. The foot pedal, as most reviews stated, did break almost immediately. The switch for carpet/bare floor also broke immediately, not that it did anything in the first place. This vacuum also creates a huge draft from the front, that actually blows things off my refrigerator, magnets and all. Don’t buy it.

I am disappointed with it’s size and weight. It is very hard to push and carry. The suction and the attachments work well. Overall it does the job, but it could do the job easier if it was not so heavy.
