How often do you enter the canister on your dyson vacum? What about the filter thingy…Thanks!!?

I empty the canister every time, and we wash the sponge filter at least one a month.
I empty mine out once a week. you don’t need to every time you vacuum. that is the beauty of a dyson.
the filter "thingy" every couple weeks.
I empy it every time I vacuum and shake out the filter.
