I need to take the canister apart on my DC17?

Anyone know where I can get a service manual for the Dyson DC17 vacuum. I think I some blockage going on at the top part of the canister. Or if anyone knows how to take the canister apart, that would be great also.

Go to http://www.dyson.com select what country your in. Go to support at the lower right side of screen select help with your dyson product. Select the type of vacuum which is upright for your dc17. Select your model then select the sub model and the select using my dyson (tips and manuals) and I think you will be able to find your way from there.
You spent that much money on a vacuum??????? wow go to where you bought and tell them you got ripped off. Paid that much money and it doesn’t work. I be throwing a hissy. Nicely but a very stubborn hissy fit.

I’ve taken apart a regular vacuum cleaner with a dust bag and fan behind that, but I don’t think I could help you here. There should be screws there.
